With the TennCare Connect app, users can efficiently manage and monitor their cases directly from their phones. This includes checking the status of their case, reviewing health plan details, accessing correspondence letters, and submitting necessary documents through photo uploads. Eligible individuals can also update contact information, household details, pregnancy records, and designate an assisting person. Furthermore, users can input or modify household income information, including employment earnings, self-employment income, and other sources of income not related to employment.
